The three-acre Potawot Community Food Garden provides the UIHS community with a wide range of fresh, organically grown produce. From June through October the garden and greenhouses are filled with carrots, broccoli, pumpkins, greens, corn, strawberries, flowers, tomatoes, and peppers.
